Are there toxics in hair?

Dear bestie, we live in the era of "toxic-free" and "clean beauty", but... are there really toxic ingredients, or ingredients harmful to our health, in hair products?

We are going to make you a little spoiler, there are absolutely no toxic ingredients in cosmetics, and everything is super controlled and legislated by the FDA, an agency born in the USA, which is responsible for protecting public health, and ensures the efficacy and safety of all cosmetic products that come on the market.

Why do we use neither sulfates nor parabens?

Sulfates, parabens, petrolatum, kerosenes, mineral oils, aluminum, phthalates...why don't Goa Organics products contain them? This is not what it seems, my friend. We've told you before that there are no ingredients that are not safe for you and your hair in any hair-care product, but our products do not contain them for the simple fact that we firmly believe that they are not necessary in our formulas to achieve great hair.

🌈 The shampoos in our line are sulfate and paraben free in order to be super scalp-friendly, prevent hair from drying out, minimize frizz, and to prolong the life of our beloved Keratin Infusion smoothing.

🌈 As for silicones, only our sweetest serum, the Cotton Lustcontains them, because as a finishing product it is essential to control frizz and seal the cuticle. In mask type products, such as Tasmania Mask o L'Essentiel Maskit is not necessary to use them, as they only have a makeup effect on the hair, and what we are looking for is to reconstruct the hair fiber.

🌈 Mineral oils, petrolatum and kerosene make an occlusive film on the hair, making it shine like crazy, but they can also make it very dirty and create that unsexy "licking" effect. That's why we replace them with coconut, avocado or mango oils, to nourish and add glow, but without weighing hair down even a little bit.

Baby, we know this whole "chemical and toxic free" craze is driving you crazy, but remember, from the water you drink to the butterflies you feel when you're with your crush, it's ALL chemistry.

Bestie, say byebye to chemophobia, trust in hair cosmetics, and use hair-care products that have just what your mane needs (and deserves)!!!!
