National Shipping
Delivery times
We work to deliver your order as soon as possible with 24/72 business hour deliveries on the Peninsula. However, periods of launches, promotions or Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas campaigns are excluded, during which these timeframes are not guaranteed.
If you place the order on a business day before 2 pm, you will receive your standard order within the next 24/72 hours; otherwise, the time frame is extended by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are processed on the next business day.
If your order is for a product that is not currently available on our website, the delivery time will start counting from the date the product becomes available again.
For orders containing several products, and if one of them has a future availability date, the entire order will be delivered from the date when all products are available.
Absent at my home on the delivery day
A first delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address, and if you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the building entrance or housing complex. After this first delivery attempt, the local branch responsible for your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent on the second delivery, the order will remain at the local branch for you to pick it up at the agency. If for some reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange the delivery, you can write to us at love@goaorganics.es so we can provide you with contact information or assist you as needed.

Shipping policy
This contractual document will govern the purchase of products and contracting of services through the website goaorganics.com, owned by BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L, hereinafter the PROVIDER, which offers the sale of hair products.
Acceptance of this document implies that the USER: – Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.
– Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
– Assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will apply to all contracts made through the PROVIDER's website.
The PROVIDER informs that the business is responsible and aware of the current legislation of the countries to which it ships products and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.
IDENTITY OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES
On one hand, the supplier of the products purchased or services contracted by the USER is BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L, with registered office at Calle de Velázquez 59, 2CD, 28001 Madrid, NIF B02769297.
And on the other hand, the USER, registered on the website through a username and password, over which they have full responsibility for use and custody, and is responsible for the truthfulness of the personal data provided to the PROVIDER.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract aims to regulate the contractual sales relationship arising between the PROVIDER and the USER at the moment the latter accepts during the online contracting process the corresponding checkbox.
The contractual sales relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a determined and publicly displayed price through the website, of a specific product or service.
The language in which contracts will be made through this website is Spanish.
CONTRACTING PROCEDURE
In order to access the services or products offered by the PROVIDER, the USER must register through the website by creating a user account. Therefore, the USER must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be requested, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and LOPDGDD 3/2018 of December 5 regarding the protection of natural persons with respect to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.
The USER will select a username and password, committing to use them diligently and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the PROVIDER of their loss or theft or possible access by an unauthorized third party, so that the PROVIDER can proceed with immediate blocking.
The PROVIDER informs that during the purchase or service contracting process, identification with the username and password will be required. The user will have access to their orders, invoices, order tracking, as well as data modification. These passwords will serve for access to the services provided through the Website.
The PROVIDER makes technical means available to Users to identify and correct errors in data entry in the forms. In the shopping cart and forms in general, the data format will be automatically validated to ensure it is correct, and the user will be given the option to correct it.
Once the user account has been created, it is informed that in accordance with the requirements of article 27 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:

1. GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER implies acceptance by the USER of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER unless it has been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the acceptance of the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND IN THE SECTION “ORDER WITH PAYMENT OBLIGATION”.
2. ORDER SHIPMENT
THE PROVIDER will not send any order until it has verified that the payment has been made.
Shipments of goods will usually be made via EXPRESS COURIER, according to the destination freely designated by the USER.
Delivery dates or times will be understood as approximate, not constituting a fundamental breach due to delay. In the event that the PROVIDER has not made the delivery of the goods within 30 days from the agreed delivery date, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund without any cost, and without any liability for damages attributable to the PROVIDER.
The delivery time is usually between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the destination location and the chosen payment method. This term is understood only if the availability of the goods has been confirmed and the full payment of the order verified.
THE PROVIDER will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service is not made due to the data provided by the USER being false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
Delivery will be considered completed at the moment the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER, or their delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.
It is the USER’s responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and to note any justified exceptions and claims in the delivery receipt document.
In the case that the contract does not involve the physical delivery of any product, and these are directly downloaded from the website, the PROVIDER will inform the USER beforehand about the procedure to follow to carry out this download.
3. CLAIMS
Any claim the USER considers appropriate will be addressed as soon as possible and may be made at the following contact addresses:

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to go to court, through the intervention of a third party called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.

4. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be liable for any failure caused by force majeure. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the force majeure event ceases.
5. JURISDICTION
The USER may not assign, transfer or transmit the rights, responsibilities, and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any provision of these conditions is considered null or impossible to fulfill, the validity, legality, and fulfillment of the rest will not be affected in any way, nor will they suffer any modification.
The USER declares to have read, understood, and accepted these General Conditions in their entirety.
6. GENERALITIES OF THE OFFER
All sales and deliveries made by the PROVIDER shall be understood to be subject to these General Conditions.
No modification, alteration, or agreement contrary to the Commercial Proposal of BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L or stipulated herein shall have effect, except for an express written agreement signed by the PROVIDER; in this case, these particular agreements shall prevail.
Given the continuous technical advances and product improvements, the PROVIDER reserves the right to modify its specifications regarding the information provided in its advertising, as long as it does not affect the value of the products offered. These modifications will also be valid in the event that, for any reason, the possibility of supplying the offered products is affected.
7. PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER
The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes. These prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional and ancillary services related to the purchased product or service.
The prices applicable to each product are those published on the website and will be expressed in EURO currency. The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some products may vary in real time.
Before making the purchase, you can check all the details of the quote online: items, quantities, price, availability, shipping costs, charges, discounts, taxes, and the total purchase amount. Prices may change daily until the order is placed.
Any payment made to the PROVIDER entails the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered USER or the business name provided at the time of placing the order. This invoice will be sent along with the purchased product, as well as in PDF format to the email address provided by the USER.

8. TRANSPORT COSTS
The prices do not include shipping or communication costs, installation, or complementary services, except by express written agreement to the contrary.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of saving the cart or quote, as they are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery address.

In case of any change or return of any purchase made on the indicated dates, the customer must bear €7.95 corresponding to the costs of the first shipment, as well as the shipping costs of the return. The products to be returned must be in the same condition as they were received, unopened, and with the original packaging and box.
9. PAYMENT METHODS, CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
The PROVIDER enables the following methods to make payment for an order:
• Credit card: no discounts or charges will be applied.
10. PURCHASE PROCESS
Basket (budget simulation)
Any product from our catalog can be added to the basket. In it, only the items, quantity, price, and total amount will be displayed. Once the basket is saved, taxes, charges, and discounts will be calculated according to the payment and shipping data entered.
Baskets have no administrative binding; it is just a section where a budget can be simulated without any commitment from either party.
From the basket, an order can be placed by following these steps for its proper formalization:
1. – Verification of billing information.
2. – Verification of the shipping address.
3. – Selection of the payment method.
4. – Acceptance of the Legal Conditions 5. – Select the “Pay Now” box
Once the order is processed, the system instantly sends an email to the PROVIDER's management department.
Orders (purchase requests)
If you place the order on a business day before 2 p.m., an email will be sent to the USER confirming the order; otherwise, the deadline is extended by one more day. On weekends or holidays, shipments are handled the next business day.
11. APPLICABLE WARRANTIES
All products offered through the website are completely original unless otherwise stated in their description. All have a two-year warranty period, according to the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
12. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
In the event that any change or return is made for any purchase made on the indicated dates, the customer must bear €7.95 corresponding to the costs of the first shipment, as well as the shipping costs of the return. The products to be returned must be in the same condition as they were received, unopened and with the original packaging and box.
The warranty of the offered products will comply with the following articles based on Law 23/2003 of July 10 on Guarantees for the sale of consumer goods:
I) Conformity of the products with the contract
1. Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products conform to the contract as long as they meet all the requirements stated below, unless due to the circumstances of the case some of them are not applicable:
a) They conform to the description made by BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L.
b) They are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
c) They are suitable for any special use required by the customer when this has been made known to BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L at the time of the contract, provided that the latter has admitted that the product is suitable for this use.
d) They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the customer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of it and, where appropriate, the descriptions about the specific characteristics of the products made by BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L.
e) BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L describes the details, technical characteristics, and photographs of the products provided by the manufacturer, so it is not bound by these public statements.
2. Non-conformity resulting from incorrect installation of the product will be equated to non-conformity of the product when the installation is included in the sales contract and has been carried out by BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L or under its responsibility, or by the USER when the defective installation is due to an error in the installation instructions.
3. Liability will not apply for non-conformities that the USER knew or could not have ignored at the time of the contract or that originate from materials supplied by the USER.
II) Liability of the PROVIDER
BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L will be liable to the USER for any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product. BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L acknowledges the USER's right to repair the product if it is defective at the time of delivery, to its replacement, to a price reduction, and to contract termination.
III) Repair and replacement of products
1. If the product does not conform to the contract, the USER may choose between demanding its repair or replacement, unless one of these options is impossible or disproportionate. From the moment the USER communicates the chosen option to BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L, both parties must comply. This decision by the USER is without prejudice to the provisions of the following article IV for cases where repair or replacement does not put the product in conformity with the contract.
2. Any form of remedy that imposes costs on BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L that, compared to the other form of remedy, are not reasonable will be considered disproportionate, having taking into account the value the product would have had if there had been no lack of conformity, the relevance of the lack of conformity, and whether the alternative remedy could be carried out without major inconvenience for the USER.
IV) Rules for the repair or replacement of the product in case of defective delivery.
Repair and replacement shall be governed by the following rules:
a) They shall be free of charge for the USER.
This free service shall include the necessary expenses incurred to remedy the lack of conformity of the products with the contract, especially shipping costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.
b) They shall be carried out within a reasonable period and without major inconvenience for the user, taking into account the nature of the products and their intended purpose for the USER.
c) Repair suspends the calculation of the deadlines referred to in article VII. The suspension period shall begin when the USER makes the product available to BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L and shall end with the delivery to the USER of the repaired product. For six months after the delivery of the repaired product, BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L will be liable for the lack of conformity that motivated the repair. It is presumed to be the same lack of conformity when defects of the same origin as those initially manifested recur in the product.
d) Replacement suspends the deadlines referred to in article VII from the exercise of the option until the delivery of the new product. The replacement product shall, in any case, be subject to the second paragraph of article VII.
e) If, after the repair is completed and the product delivered, it still does not conform to the contract, the USER may demand its replacement, within the limits established in section 2 of article IV, or a price reduction or contract termination under the terms of article V.
f) If the replacement does not manage to bring the product into conformity with the contract, the USER may demand its repair, within the limits established in section 2 of article IV, or a price reduction or contract termination under the terms of articles V and VI.
g) The USER may not demand replacement in the case of non-fungible products, nor when it concerns second-hand products.
V) Price reduction and contract termination
Price reduction and contract termination shall apply, at the USER's choice, when they cannot demand repair or replacement of the product and in cases where these have not been carried out within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience for the USER. Termination shall not apply when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.
VI) Criteria for price reduction
The price reduction shall be proportional to the difference between the value the product would have had at the time of delivery if it had conformed to the contract and the value the actually delivered product had at the time of delivery.
VII) Deadlines
1. BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L is liable for lack of conformity manifested within two years from delivery. For second-hand products, BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L and the USER may agree on a shorter period, which may not be less than one year from delivery.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifest within six months after
delivery already existed when the product was delivered, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the type of non-conformity.
2. Unless proven otherwise, delivery is understood to have been made on the date shown on the invoice or purchase label, or on the corresponding delivery note if this is later.
3. The action to claim compliance with the provisions of the previous articles prescribes three years from the delivery of the product.
4. The USER must inform BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L of the non-conformity within two months from the date they became aware of it.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the USER's communication took place within the established period.
VIII) Action against the producer
When it is impossible or excessively burdensome for the USER to contact BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L due to non-conformity of the products with the sales contract, they may claim directly from the producer in order to obtain the replacement or repair of the product.
As a general rule, and without prejudice to the producer's liability ceasing, within the same deadlines and conditions established for BONDIE SOLUTIONS, S.L, the producer will be liable for the non-conformity when it relates to the origin, identity, or suitability of the products, according to their nature and purpose and the regulations governing them.
The producer is understood to be the manufacturer of a product or its importer into the territory of the European Union or any person who presents themselves as such by indicating their name, brand, or other distinctive sign on the product.
Anyone who has been liable to the USER will have a period of one year to seek recourse from the party responsible for the non-conformity. This period is counted from the moment the remedy was completed.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in matters not expressly established.
Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website or these contracts shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Spanish courts and tribunals in accordance with current legislation.
14. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, taking the delivery date provided by the transport company. No penalty will apply for exercising the right of withdrawal or renunciation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the USER must complete the form we provide: E-COMMERCE. Withdrawal request form (consumer/user) and send it by email to the PROVIDER at the following address: love@goaorganics.es.
This form must be sent before the withdrawal period (14 days) expires, indicating the reason for the return (defective product, damaged during transport, or wrong product). For hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted outside of these scenarios. Additionally, in case of withdrawal, the USER must bear the direct cost of expenses generated by the return and shipment of the products to our establishment. You may also exercise the right of withdrawal by going directly to any of our physical stores, in which case exercising the right of withdrawal will not incur any cost for the USER.
