“GOA ORGANICS BIRTHDAY” CAMPAIGN

MARCH 2026

 

1. ORGANIZING ENTITY

This promotion and random combination for advertising purposes (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is organized by BONDIE SOLUTIONS SL , with CIF B02769297 and registered office at Calle Profesor Manuel Garzón Pareja 34, Block B, 18008 Granada, Spain (hereinafter, “GOA ORGANICS” or the “Organizer”).

2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The promotion will be valid at:

The official online store www.goaorganics.com (European Union).

The Golden Tickets promotion will be valid exclusively for orders whose shipping destination is Spain or France.

 

3. VALIDITY PERIOD

The promotion will be active from Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (CET) until Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CET) .

Any order placed outside of that interval will be excluded.

 

4. GENERAL DISCOUNT

During the promotional period, the following will apply:

• 10% discount on all products available in the online store.
• The discount will be automatically applied to your cart.

The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless GOA ORGANICS expressly states otherwise.

 

5. TOTE BAG GIFT

Orders with a final amount equal to or greater than €80 after the discount is applied will receive an exclusive Tote Bag as a gift.

The gift is subject to availability. If it is out of stock, the Organizer may substitute it with another of equal or greater value.

 

6. GOA LOYALTY PASSPORT

All orders placed during the promotional period will include a “Goa Loyalty Passport”.

• Each order will include an exclusive sticker corresponding to the month.
• A total of 8 different stickers will be issued throughout the program.
• When the customer has collected all 8 stickers, they must send a photograph of their complete passport to: love@goaorganics.es.
• After verification, the customer will receive an exclusive gift.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the passport and to reject fraudulent entries.

 

7. GOLDEN TICKETS

During the promotional period, 8 Golden Tickets will be randomly included in 8 orders placed between March 18 and 22, 2026.

7.1 Specific scope Golden Tickets

Golden Tickets will only be valid for orders whose shipping destination is Spain or France.

Orders destined for any other country are excluded.

 

7.2 Types of awards

• 2 Golden Tickets KI → Free Keratin Treatment.
• 2 Golden Tickets Softy Mood → Free Softy Mood Treatment.
• 2 Golden Tickets Sublime 10·31 → Free Sublime 10·31 Treatment.
• 2 Golden Tickets Free Product → 1 free product per month for 12 months.

In the case of the Golden Ticket “Free Product”, the winning person may choose up to a maximum of 3 identical units of each product throughout the year.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

7.3 Conditions for validating the Golden Ticket

To claim the prize, the winner must:

• Be subscribed to the GOA ORGANICS Newsletter at the time of validation.
• Send an email to love@goaorganics.es attaching:

either   Photograph of the Golden Ticket.

either   Proof of purchase.

either   Valid identification document.

Optionally, you may share a photo on social media showing the prize received and tagging @goaorganics. This post is not a requirement for receiving the prize, but it does authorize the Organizer to share it on its official channels.

If no response is received within 7 calendar days of notification, the prize may be considered waived.

 

8. LIMITATIONS AND ANTI-FRAUD CONTROL

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud.
• Exclude entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
• Verify the participant's identity and residence.

Fraud will include, but is not limited to:

• Manipulation of the purchasing system.
• Use of false identities.
• Automated use of bulk purchasing systems.

 

9. RETURNS

In case of a full refund of an order that generated a Golden Ticket or promotional gift:

• The prize will be automatically cancelled.
• The customer must return the gift received.

In case of a partial return that reduces the order below the minimum required for the Tote Bag, the customer must return the gift or its value will be deducted.

 

10. RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizer will not be responsible for:

• Delays or incidents in transport.
• Misuse of the prize by the winner.
• Damages arising from the enjoyment of the prize.
• Force majeure or circumstances beyond their control.

11. TAX TREATMENT

If the prize value exceeds €300, the Organizer will withhold the corresponding amount in accordance with Spanish tax regulations and issue the corresponding certificate.

The winner will be responsible for their tax obligations in their country of residence.

 

12. DATA PROTECTION

Responsible: BONDIE SOLUTIONS SL

Purpose: Promotion management, prize delivery and fraud prevention.

Legal basis: Contractual performance and consent.

The data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability at love@goaorganics.es.

 

13. MODIFICATIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the promotion for justified reasons or force majeure, duly communicating it.

 

14. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

15. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

This draw will be governed by these rules and by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions and the prize, both the organizer and the participants in this draw expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

 

16. DEPOSIT

These rules are deposited at the headquarters of the organizing entity located at Calle Profesor Manuel Garzón Pareja number 34, B office 4 of Granada 18008.
