Our products are paraben and sulfate-free.
Yes, all Goa Organics products are Vegan certified. We do not test on animals, we do not use ingredients of animal origin, and we reject raw materials that have been tested on animals.
The L’Essentiel range contains hydrolyzed wheat protein, so if you have gluten sensitivity or wheat allergy, we advise you to avoid it and opt for the Tasmania range instead.
We have routines for every hair type and you can find them on our routines page. Also, if you still have questions about your routine, you can write to us via our social media or at love@goaorganics.es.
Rain Coat is an anti-frizz spray that does not have heat protection. We recommend applying Rain Coat after applying South Bondi, our leave-in conditioner with heat protection.
Shipping
Shipments take 3/4 business days from the moment the package is prepared in our warehouses.
We offer shipping to the following countries: Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Sweden.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, although we have distributor salons throughout the islands where you can find our products.
Shipping costs 3.95€, and is free for purchases of 30€ or more.
Yes, our products are available in Sephora stores and in our official salons or distributors across mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.

If you are a professional and own a hair salon, you can write to us at love@goaorganics.es and we will get in touch with you.
We have distributor salons throughout Spain, and in some parts of Portugal. You can write to us through our social networks @goaorganics or by email at love@goaorganics.es and we will inform you about the nearest salons.
Returns
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within the first 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can return your order as long as the product is defective, damaged during transport, or you received the wrong product. Send an email to love@goaorganics.es informing us of what happened, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the products received.
